Energy healing sessions are available in-person and virtually. Regardless of what brings you, energy healing offers an approach that is uniquely yours.
There is an unseen energy that flows throughout the body. It is crucial to a healthy and balanced life. The key is to keep this energy free flowing. Energy becomes congested and blocked due to emotional stress, pain, injuries or illness. Healthy energy flow can mean less pain whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Sessions are tailored to address these blockages keeping you from your potential.
Often components from a clearing session are integrated for an individualized, harmonizing treatment.
Energy healing pulls us out of the stress state and activates the parasympathetic nervous system bringing in peace and calm. This is what allows the body to kick on its self-healing ability. As stress, tension, and pain decrease, the body can relax, returning to a more balanced state.

Clearing Session - $150
Emotions play a big part in our overall health.
You are here to experience a spectrum of emotions. You are not meant to hold on to them.

Suppressed and repressed emotion are the most common underlying factors in the clients I work with. Unresolved emotions grow overtime covering up more and more of who you truly are. The constant bracing we do to hold on to these emotions depletes our energy stores on all levels.
You create space for new ways to respond, for new positive experiences, healing integration, and internal clarity when you discharge the stored energetics of negative emotions and past pain.
Maybe you feel there is a part of you that struggles to move forward? Or maybe you sense there is something you’re holding on to but aren’t quite sure what it is? If so, then you’re in the right place.
This work does not require having to talk about trauma. It’s also effective for treating phobias.
Are you bothered by crowded places, take on other people’s emotions, struggle with imposter syndrome, or maybe you just experience the world with more sensitivity than those you know? This is also a session for approaching the overwhelm that can come with these intuitive or spiritual gifts. I will teach you how to manage your space.
This session is targeted work, very different from an energy healing session even though we will still be working energetically. I will be there to support and assist you every step of the way.
Equine Energy Healing
A session offers partnership between horse and owner. The goal is to highlight areas needing release, shifting, and reconnection.
A session facilitates reduction in pain and speeds healing supporting your horse’s physical health and emotional well-being. I have found horses communicate areas of pain and energetic imbalance, and their personal nuances which when communicated to the owner can help enormously in that equine-owner partnership. There are times when it is required to conduct a session with the owner to enhance the harmony between animal and human.
